Your order will be delivered with the utmost care and security. We work with one of the finest shipping partners known for their exceptional track record of nearly 100% secured deliveries. Depending on your location and shipping preferences, we use reputable courier services such as USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. 3. Will I need to pay any customs duty?

The requirement to pay customs duty varies depending on the destination country. For shipments to the USA, Australia, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, the Middle East, and South America, there will be no customs duty charged. However, for Canada and countries in Europe, customs duty may be applicable. In such cases, the customs duty will not exceed 30 USD. Our shipping partner will contact you directly if there is any customs duty to be paid.

4. How long does delivery take?

We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping: This option uses registered post and typically takes 15-17 days for delivery once the order is ready to be shipped.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we use services like UPS, DHL, or FedEx. This option ensures delivery within 4 to 7 days after the order has been shipped out. Express Shipping costs an additional USD 100. You can select this option at the time of checkout.

5. Does paying for express or expedited shipping reduce the production time?

No, opting for express or expedited shipping does not affect the production time of your order. The production time remains the same regardless of the shipping method chosen. The difference lies in the delivery speed post-production. While standard shipping typically takes 15-17 days for delivery, express shipping significantly reduces the shipping time to just 4 to 7 days.
