Free 30-Day Returns & 1-Year Resizes


Our commitment to you extends beyond delivery. We offer the following services to ensure your return experience is effortless.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return or exchange it within 30 days. Most orders can be exchanged or returned by phone  for returns, please use our online return portal.

Please note our return and exchange policy timelines begin when your purchase is available for shipment or pickup.

What products aren't eligible for return?

  • Orders outside of our 30-day return policy (including Layaway orders)

  • Rings that have been resized or modified.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged
  • Custom-designed jewelry
  • Any orders that were altered while in process


Returns & Exchanges by Phone

A return or exchange can be initiated by phone for all eligible orders. This includes unworn products shipped from any address. Please call us at +1 (709) 219-7395 / Email us at info@diamondeternity.store to start the process.

Instructions for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Call Us at +1 (709) 219-7395 / Email us at info@diamondeternity.store. We will email a return shipping authorization number and provide a free USPS return shipping label.

  2. Pack Your Jewelry.

    1. Place your jewelry back in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please include the ring/jewelry box inside a small Ring box and seal it. 

    2. Make sure promotional gift(s) with purchase are included. You're welcome to keep your complimentary jewelry cleaner.

    3. Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or bar codes.

    4. Write your shipping authorization number on the outside of the box (information can be found in your return confirmation email).

    5. Affix the Shipping label to the outside of the box.

Please note, full insurance is guaranteed when you use our free shipping label and follow packaging instructions – including double boxing your return package.

Refunds

Once your order is returned, our Quality Assurance team will receive and inspect your item(s) to ensure they are in unworn condition and verify that all promotional gift(s) with purchase are present before issuing a refund.


Refund FAQs:

How long will it take to process my refund?

  • Your refund will be processed approximately 5 business days after we receive it.

How will I receive my refund?

  • Your refund will be issued back to the method of payment used in the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was bank wire, cash, or any other payment requiring special processing. If the original method of payment was a credit card, you will see the refund reflected on your account within the next 4-7 business days. International bank wire purchases will be refunded in USD according to the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Diamond Eternity is not responsible for differences in foreign currency refund amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund. Diamond Eternity is not responsible for any foreign exchange or other fees that are charged by the customer’s financial institution. 

Do I need to include the return shipping authorization number for return?

  • Yes. Packages that are received without a return shipping authorization number will not be accepted for refund. Return shipping authorizations are active for seven days from the date of issue and packages must be shipped during the active time period of your return shipping authorization. If your return shipping authorization has expired, please contact us at +1 (709) 219-7395 to request another return shipping authorization.

Resizing

We offer one complimentary resizing within 60 days, regardless of sizing range, or up to 1 year if within sizing range. Each ring has a unique sizing range that can be provided at pickup. Both our 60 and 1-year policies begin when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup. Resizing includes free shipping both ways.

Please note that certain restrictions apply, and only Diamond Eternity rings can be resized.

What's not covered by the 1-year resizing policy:

  • Any ring size that falls outside of our recommended sizing range.  

  • Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design, but they can be exchanged for free within 60 days from when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup. 

  • Custom, modified, and engraved rings can be resized within 1 year but are subject to resize fees.

    1. We will email a return shipping authorization number and provide a free USPS return shipping label.

    2. Make sure promotional gift(s) with purchase are included. You're welcome to keep your complimentary jewelry cleaner.

    5. Affix the Shipping label to the outside of the box.
